Real Flat World Science and the 45 Nanometer Intel Microprocessor: A Revolution

Eight fascinating minutes about the latest advances in microchip engineering.

I’m going to show it to my students for two reasons: 1) for the “wow” of it all; 2) for the discussion of the “flat world” global teamwork of the engineers and executives that brought this invention into being.

I guess a third reason will be to show them that these adults were once high school science students. I wonder if they had teachers making science class relevant to futures like this.
