Via Ian Jukes (on “21st Century Education” blogroll, lower right column), this article covers recent brain research on the effects of multi-tasking (distractors) on learning.

It goes against much talk these days that kids have “differently wired brains” than adults because of post-modern environmental conditions. Hm–Jeff Utecht, you out there? Thoughts?
